This has been a Laurence Olivier appreciation week. On Wednesday I had the immense pleasure of seeing this man’s seriously beautiful face on the big screen in the 1938 Tim Whelan film The Divorce of Lady X. Today, I met with a person who runs an Olivier appreciation Facebook and also someone who worked closely with Olivier at the National Theatre for about 10 years. His stories were fondly told and lovely to listen to.
Fact: I really, really love Laurence Olivier. And this photo.
